According to Dan McDonald of Rivals, there are three schools pursuing 4-Star 2019 Shooting Guard Isaac Okoro (6’5”/200) the hardest, and NC State is one of them, along with Auburn and Florida St. Here is what Okoro had to say to McDonald about the Wolfpack.

“We visited there two or three times. I really like how their gym is and how their fans are. The new coaching staff is really good. They are really good at telling you why you should go there.” (Rivals)

After visiting NC State at the end of June with his teammates, he was offered a scholarship by the coaching staff on July 7th. He and a few of his teammates also came up for another unofficial visit on September 9th.

Okoro is the #32 overall player in the 2019 class according to 247Sports. He plays for McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia, and for the Athletes of Tomorrow EYBL team.
