Matt Dayes Breaks Out For Longest Play of the Season

Prior to today, former NC State Running Back Matt Dayes had only touched the ball 7 times for the Cleveland Browns all season. Four rushes and 2 receptions for a total of 18 yards.

Last Sunday they gave Dayes a chance to get the ball in his hand another way. He returned a kickoff 30 yards.

Today they put him back there to return a kickoff, and with his 8th touch of the season, Dayes returned the ball 71 yards!
