4 Star Point Guard Sharife Cooper (5’9”/150) has a host of schools after him, and NC State is one of the ones that are recruiting him harder than anyone else. Auburn, Clemson, Georgia Tech and NC State have all had Cooper on campus, but the Wolfpack have had him in three times since the Summer. Here’s what he had to say about the 4 schools he’s been to.

Auburn: “I love it. I love the coaching staff and what they are doing. I love everything about Auburn. Coach (Bruce) Pearl was here last night [Tuesday].”

Alabama: “I love Alabama. I feel like they are on the come-up. With Collin Sexton, I know they have one of the top point guards in the country. I haven’t been there yet, but they show a lot of interest.”

Georgia Tech: “I think they offered and they’ve been here a couple times. I went to the game they played Florida State and they beat them.”

NC State: “They show a lot of interest and I’ve been there three times. I really like their campus.” (Rivals)

Cooper plays for McEachern in Powder Springs, Georgia, and is the #41 overall player in the 2019 Class. NC State offered him a scholarship on July 7th.
