SI Ranks NC State 79th in Men’s Basketball Preseason Poll

Sports Illustrated released their Men’s Basketball Preseason Poll today, and NC State ranked 79th. They also picked them to finish 13th in the ACC, and miss out on the NCAA tournament. Finally, they picked them to have the 55th best offense, and the 116th best defense.
