4 Star SF Saddiq Bey Commits to NC State!

4 Star Small Forward Saddiq Bey (6’7”/195) commited to run with the Wolfpack tonight, becoming the 4th member of what was already an impressive NC State 2018 recruiting class.

Bey is ranked as the #83 overall player in the class of 2018 by 247. He received his offer from NC State on May 7th, and took an unofficial visit on June 30th. Bey also took an official visit to Raleigh on October 6th.

His Top 6 included Northwestern, Pitt and Princeton, but ultimately this came down to Xavier, Miami and NC State. Bey used to be a Miami lean, but with the FBI involved there, it really was between NC State and Xavier.

The Wolfpack had the #16 recruiting class in 2018 before Bey, and it will be interesting to see how high they jump with his addition.

What NC State head coach Kevin Keatts has done with this recruiting class before ever coaching a game is nothing short of remarkable, and he’s not done with this class either.
