NC State 2018 Commits to Sign Letters of Intent

NC State currently has the #13 2018 basketball recruiting class, and all four Wolfpack commits will be signing their letters of intent over the next two days during the early signing period. Ian Steere, Manny Bates, and Jericole Hellems took to Twitter to announce the news, and Saddiq Bey personally confirmed with me that he would be doing so as well.
