NC State Looking to get Historic 6th ACC Win Against Wake Forest

This past Saturday this NC State football team became the 16th team in school history to win 5 ACC game in a single season, and this weekend, they have an opportunity to become only the 6th team to collect 6 conference wins up in Winston-Salem.

#19 NC State is going into the game against Wake Forest as 1-point underdog this weekend, but if they pull off the victory in hostile territory, they will do what only 5 other Wolfpack teams have done in over 60 years of ACC play.

Side note.

If NC State beats Wake Forest and UNC, they will do what no other Wolfpack team has done.

Win 7 ACC games.

I know not all of the teams above played 8 ACC games, but whatever.

It would still be new territory historically for NC State.
