Injury Update on NC State Commits Manny Bates & Ian Steere

Northwood Temple Academy hasn’t gotten off to the start they would have liked early this season, and in a large part, this is due to injures that NC State Commits Manny Bates and Ian Steere have suffered.

Bates has yet to see the floor yet, after suffering a dislocated shoulder, but he is hoping to be back for Northwood any day now.

Steere played the whole first game against the prestigious Oak Hill Academy, and then only played 2 quarters against Huntington Prep, before leaving with an injury. Steere told me that he expects to be back in a few weeks.
