Emeka Emezie is Going to be a Special Player at NC State
My heart sank last night watching true freshman Emeka Emezie grieve after fumbling the ball into the endzone with 1:51 left in the game. In fact, I almost felt worse for him than I did that NC State lost.
I️m so sorry wolf pack nation

The emotions for Emezie went from very high to very low, but I hope he doesn’t forget the high. This was a breakout performance for Emezie. He had 5 receptions (career high) for 67 yards (career high) and a touchdown, which was the first of his career.

With Steph Louis sidelined, Emezie shined bright, and from the looks of it, the 6’3” receiver has a bright future ahead of him.
Sure, he should have tucked the ball. It was a very costly mistake.
But I hope he remembers the touchdown. I hope he remembers coming up huge on 3rd down. And ultimately I hope he remembers the love and support that was shown to him by his teammates after the play.
Damn, I love this team. pic.twitter.com/At7CQKHfRS
