Philip Rivers Continues Solid Play, Leads Chargers Past Browns

Former NC state great Philip Rivers led the Chargers to a 19-10 victory over the Browns today, and Los Angeles has now won 3 straight.

Rivers completed 72% of his passes, and threw for 344 yards and 1 touchdown. This marks the third straight game where Rivers’ QB Rating has been over 100, posting a mark of 103.2. Rivers hasn’t had three straight games with a 100+ QB Rating since 2014.

Through 11 games Rivers has completed 62% of his passes for 2,948 yards, with 20 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. If he keeps up what he’s currently doing, he will have the best season he’s had since 2013.
