NC State Commit Joe Babros is a TOP 50 JUCO Player

NC State 2018 defensive end commit Joe Babros is ranked in the Top 50 in the JUCO ranks in ESPN’s updated rankings. He is a 3-star prospect that ranks 48th overall, and the 5th best defensive end in the Junior College ranks.

247Sports ranks him as the 7th best player in NC State’s 2018 football recruiting class, which currently ranks 22nd nationally.

In Dave Doeren’s last press conference, he was asked about replacing Chubb next season, and he mentioned James Smith-Williams, Tyrone Riley, and Larell Murchison, but he also mentioned that they were really excited about a player they were looking to sign in the Junior College ranks.

That was Joe Babros.

Babros will show up in Raleigh with two years of eligibility, and will look to make an impact immediately.
