NC State Watched 5-Star Anfernee Simons Tonight
If you thought the NC State Men’s Basketball coaching staff had completely turned their attention to the 2019 class, you are wrong.
Tonight the three Wolfpack coaches took in 5-star 2018 Shooting Guard Anfernee Simons (6’4″/177) game.

Simons is the #8 overall player in the 2018 class according to ESPN. He was originally a Louisville commit before it imploded. Simons told Tipton Edits that NC State was one of the teams recruiting him the hardest 3 days ago.

The only one of those schools that he has scheduled an official visit to is Tennessee on January 6th.
Simons plans on making his decision in the Spring, and the NBA is still technically still an option for him.
