Belle (North Miami Beach/Miami, FL) committed to NC State this weekend while on his official visit. He took an unofficial to home state Florida Atlantic the weekend before, but the official to NC State sealed the deal.

He chose NC State over offers from Florida, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Marshall, Miami, Oregon St., South Florida, Wisconsin, UCF and Syracuse.
