3-Star WR Devin Carter Signs His Letter of Intent to NC State

Carter (Clayton/Clayton, NC) was the 5th member of NC State’s 2018 football recruiting class, committing to run with the Wolfpack on May 12th.

“They have a really good team this year; they have good size and they’re strong,” Carter said. “And I like the school. It seems like a good environment to play in.” (HighSchoolOT)
Carter chose NC State over offers from Michigan St., Wake Forest and others.
As a Senior, Carter reeled in 55 catches for 1,073 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Carter represented NC State in the Shrine Bowl this past weekend, and caught a touchdown.
247Sports ranks Carter as the #27 overall player in the state of North Carolina in 2018.
