4-star Athlete De’Von Graves (6’1″/180) has officially signed his letter of intent to play for NC State.

Graves was the 1st member of the NC State 2018 football recruiting class, committing to run with the Wolfpack on April 10th, 2016.

Graves (Appomattox County/Appomattox, Virginia)  went down for an official visit, and took in the Kay Yow Spring Game, and the Wolfpack offered him. He was blown away, and committed on the spot.

“They (the N.C. State coaching staff) saw something in me that no other team did,” he said. “They were willing and they could see that I had talent and was willing to give me a chance before nobody else would. If I were to go to another college, I wouldn’t be a man of my word. That’s what my Dad taught me. A man’s word means everything. Now, all I got to do is keep on performing in football.”(Link)
