Former NC State quarterback Russell Wilson and the Seahawks (9-6) beat the Cowboys yesterday 21-12, keeping their playoff hopes alive.

Wilson was 14 of 21 for 93 yards and 2 touchdowns. His QB Rating was a gaudy 107.8.

Seattle took the lead shortly after halftime, returning an interception 30 yards for a touchdown, and they didn’t trail again. Wilson grew a 6-yard touchdown to Doug Baldwin to seal the deal.

Speaking of QB Rating, Wilson has more games with a QB Rating of 110 or higher in his first 48 games than any player in NFL history.

With yesterday’s victory, Wilson secured another winning season, becoming the 1st QB in NFL history to do so in his 1st 6 seasons.

Seattle can clinch a wild-card berth with a victory over the Cardinals and a Falcons loss to the Panthers.
