Jaylen Samuels is NC State’s New All-Time Receptions Leader

Move over Jerricho Cotchery.

Jaylen Samuels is the new all-time receptions leader at NC State.

Samuels entered the Sun Bowl with 195 career receptions, and he needed 5 to tie Cotchery’s record, and 6 to surpass it.

He decided to go with 7.

Samuels had 7 receptions for 46 yards in the Wolfpack’s 52-31 victory over Arizona St. in the Sun Bowl today, giving him 202 career receptions, making him the all-time leader in NC State history.

Samuels 202 career receptions ranks 17th all-time in ACC history.
