What Rivers and Wilson Need In Week 17 To Get To The Playoffs

Today is the final day of the 2017 NFL Regular Season, and Philip Rivers and Russell Wilson, 2 former NC State quarterbacks, are in need of some help if they want to go to the playoffs.

Rivers

First and foremost, Rivers and the Chargers need to beat the Raiders. They kickoff at 4:25, and are 7 point favorites. On top of the win, they need the Titans to lose to the Jaguars, and the Ravens to beat the Bengals. Both of these games also kickoff at 4:25. The Jags enter the game with the better record, and are more than capable of winning this game, but are a 2.5 point underdog on the road against Tennessee. Baltimore is a 9 point favorite over Cincinnati.

Wilson
First and foremost, Wilson and the Seahawks need to take care of business against the Cardinals at 4:25, and they enter the game as a 9.5 point favorite. They also need the Panthers to beat the Falcons at 4:25. Carolina enters the game with the superior record (11-4), but head into Atlanta (9-6) as 4.0 point underdogs.
