The Athletic Projects NC State as a #10 Seed

From now until Selection Sunday, Stewart Mandel will be releasing his Bracket Watch weekly at The Athletic. This week he released his first edition, and he predicts that NC State will be a #10 seed.

He projects the ACC to have 8 teams in the Big Dance, which ties the SEC for the most.
