NC State’s Kevin Keatts Talks Before UNC: BULLETED

NC State head coach Kevin Keatts talked to the media today heading into tomorrow’s matchup against rival UNC. You can watch it in full here, but here is what he had to say in BULLETED form.

• You can’t make Joel Berry say it’s a rivalry game if he doesn’t think it is. I respect it. It is what it is. We won’t talk about it as a team.
• Last time we did a good job coming off screens, and Omer did a good job rim running.
• Against VT did a bad job guarding one guy. Watching tape I saw the same thing I saw live. Only problem, had to watch it again.
• Couldn’t hear a pin drop on the plane on the way home.
• Sharing the basketball was a key in the 1st W over UNC, and it will be a key this time as well.
• This isn’t high school. Keatts doesn’t believe in a state championship.
