The Mavs star rookie will be playing in the “Rising Stars” game tonight, where he likely will be the starting PG for one of the teams. That game kicks off at 9pm and can be seen on TNT.

As for the Dunk Contest. That takes place tomorrow (Saturday, 2/17) at around 9pm and as of now, Dennis Smith Jr is the Vegas favorite…
