Nyheim Hines Runs a 4.38 at the NFL Combine

NC State Running Back Nyheim Hines Just recorded two sun 4.4 laser timed 40-hard dashes. Both of his runs are the fastest of any running backs so far today. His 4.38 is the 12th fastest time by a running back since 2006.

Here’s the first one that was a 4.39.
