NBC 3/9 Bracketology: NC State a #10 Seed

NBC updated their Bracketology this morning after last nights basketball games, and they have NC State listed as a #10 seed. Prior to the Wolfpack’s loss to Boston College in the ACC Tournament, NBC had NC State slated as a #8 seed.
