From the Coach
“It’s hard to put into words everything I’m feeling tonight,” said head coach Kim Landrus. “This was one of our team goals that we set at our retreat back in August. That seems so long ago…everything we did as a team and as a staff was to prepare us to be ready for postseason. These women believed and have given it everything they had to carry out the plan. You could feel the vibes from the minute we were in the locker room singing…they were dialed in and ready. I’m so happy for them…they’ve worked so hard and trusted the process. To be conference champs is representative of their hard work and belief throughout 2018. We’re going to enjoy this moment tonight and then our focus will shift to the next opportunity we have…to host NCAA Regionals in Reynolds!”
