NC State has reached out to DePaul transfer Brandon Cyrus

Well, if you can’t tell yet, NC State wants ALL the guards. Aaron Torres, of Fox Sports, reports that NC State has been in touch with DePaul transfer Brandon Cyrus (6’5”/189).

Add NC State to the list of schools, that has been in touch with DePaul transfer Brandon Cyrus. Previously told me that LSU, Nevada, Vanderbilt, UCSB and a few others had reached out.

Cyrus just finished his Sophomore season, so he will have to sit one year, and have two years of eligibility wherever he lands. He finished his past season averaging 7.2 points per game, shooting 41% from the field. He also shot 34.6% from three.

He started 43 of his 63 games at DePaul.

Out of high school, Cyrus was a 3-Star prospect.
