Yesterday NC State quarterback Ryan Finley could have wished for better weather, but he made he most of the opportunity. In one half of play, he was 8 of 15, for 165 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown was a 74-yard bomb to standout Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon.
