NFLDraftScout Projects 8 NC State Players Drafted

Dane Brugler, of NFLDraftScout.com, released his 7-round 2018 NFL Mock Draft yesterday, and he projects that 8 NC State football players will hear their names called. The most Wolfpack players that have ever been drafted in a single year is 6, which has happened twice (2012 & 2006).

Here is how he sees it panning out:

1st round, 4th overall: Bradley Chubb to the Cleveland Browns
3rd round, 78th overall: B.J. Hill to the Kansas City Chiefs
3rd round, 94th overall: Nyheim Hines to the Minnesota Vikings
3rd round, 98th overall: Jaylen Samuels to the Houston Texans
4th round, 133rd overall: Will Richardson to the Green Bay Packers
6th round, 195th overall: Kentavius Street to the Los Angeles Rams
6th round, 197th overall: Tony Adams to the Carolina Panthers
6th round, 203rd overall: Justin Jones to the Jacksonville Jaguars

My two favorite aspects of Brugler’s mock draft:

1) He still has Kentavius Street being drafted despite tearing his ACL at a workout with the Giants
2) Tony Adams gets drafted despite not being invited to the NFL Combine.
