3-Star RB Jamious Griffin Commits to NC State

Three days ago Jamious Griffin (5’10”/205) released  his Top-5, and NC State was on the list. He didn’t waste any time. Today he committed to run with the Wolfpack.

Griffin is the 5th member of NC State’s 2019 football recruiting class.

247Sports ranks Griffin as the #35 player in the state of Georgia, and the #22 overall running back in the 2019 recruiting class. NC State offered him a scholarship back on May 11th of last year. He visited Raleigh last year, and again this April.

Last season Griffin rushed for 1,276 yards (7.2 yards per carry) and 28 touchdowns. He also had 13 receptions for 213 yards and a touchdown.
