Tony Adams Fails Physical, Won’t Sign With Jags

Former NC State Offensive Guard Tony Adams was invited to the Jacksonville Jaguars Rookie Minicamp after going undrafted, but wasn’t allowed on the field because he failed his physical.

Per source, OL Tony Adams (NC State) did not pass his physical and will not be signing his UDFA contract with the #Jaguars.

Roster at 88 players.

This is tremendously disappointing, for Adams and for the Jaguars. The Jags thought they got a steal in Adams, and had a good shot to make the final roster. I never thought that Adams would go undrafted. He graded out as not only one of the best lineman in the ACC, but in the nation.

No details were shared as to why Adams failed the physical. Hopefully Adams can remedy whatever the issue is, and find his way onto an NFL roster.
