NC State With A School Record 11 Top-25 Programs
If you haven’t picked up on it yet, NC State’s Athletic Program is having a banner year. Currently they rank 7th in the Director’s Cup Standings.
The Men’s Golf season just came to a close, and the Wolfpack finished the season ranked 24th, becoming the 11 Wolfpack program to finish ranked in the Top-25, which is a new school record.

Football – 23rd
Women’s Soccer – 21st
Wrestling – 4th
Men’s Swimming – 4th
Women’s Swimming – 18th
Men’s Golf – 24th
Rifle – 11th
Women’s Cross Country – 8th
Men’s Cross Country – 17th
Women’s Gymnastics – 20th
Women’s Basketball – 16th

At minimum, expect that number to jump to 12, with the Wolfpack baseball squad being the #16 seed in the NCAA Championship.
