NC State just picked up their 14th commitment in the 2019 football recruiting class this afternoon, and it was MAJOR. 4-star Defensive Tackle CJ Clark (6’3”/303) just announced that he will be running with the Wolfpack.

Rivals ranks him as the #191 overall player in 2019, and the #11 defensive tackle. Rivals and ESPN both rank him as the #9 player in North Carolina.

Clark chose NC State over UNC, Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina. He plays for North Stanly High School in New London, North Carolina.

The Wolfpack was the first to offer back in 2016.

The future of the Wolfpack defensive line is scary. With the commitments of 4-star Defensive End Savion Jackson, Clark, and the likely future commitment of 4-star Defensive Tackle Joshua Harris.

Hey Drake…It’s coming to fruition…
