4-Star DT Joshua Harris Announcing Decision June 30th
The thought has been that 4-Star 2019 defensive tackle Joshua Harris would announce his college decision by the end of the month, and he confirmed via his Twitter account that to be true. Harris will be making his decision on Saturday, June 30th, at 6pm at Person High School.

Rivals ranks Harris as the #141 overall player, the #7 defensive tackle, and #4 player in the state of North Carolina in the 2019 recruiting class.
Back on May 31, Harris revealed his Top-5 of NC State, Georgia, Tennessee, UNC and Ohio State.
Over the last two weeks, Harris unofficially visited NC State 4 times over the span of 8 days. Honestly, I don’t think there is a recruiting analyst out there that thinks Harris will choose anyone besides NC State at this point.
Harris actually has a slightly higher rating than 4-Star defensive tackle CJ Clark who recently committed to NC State.
Harris would complete 2019 Wolfpack Linebacker Commit Drake Thomas’ dream in this picture.

A commitment from Harris would give NC State three 4-star commits in 2019. Last year, the Wolfpack signed six 4-star recruits, which was a school record. We could easily see this record broken two years in-a-row.
