4-Star CB Warren Burrell Includes NC State in Final 3

4-Star 2019 4-Star Cornerback Warren Burrell (6’0”/166) has trimmed his list to 3 schools, and NC State is still in the hunt. Auburn is the school that received the boot from his list.

Rivals ranks him as the #29 cornerback in the 2019 class, and the #30 overall player in the state of Georgia.  The Georgia standout took an Official Visit to NC State last week be, and has already taken official visits to Florida and Tennessee, his other two finalists.

“All three have what I am looking for. All have a strong academic foundation. On the football side, each offers the chance to play early. Then, all three are recruiting me hard too.

“I know it will be one of these three.”

“The ideal thing for me is to commit before the season. I really think I will know by the end of July. It could take a little longer, but I know I am getting closer.

“I would love to wake up one morning and know the school. I would love for it to workout that way. It still looks like it will be a pretty tough decision right now.” (Rivals)
