NC State’s Ryan Finley on Maxwell Award Watch List

NC State quarterback Ryan Finley is on the Watch List for the 2018 Maxwell Award. The Maxwell Award has been awarded to the most outstanding player in college football since 1937. It is the premier award handed out each year at the ESPN Home Depot College Awards Show.
