The Biletnikoff Award has been awarded to the best receiver in college football since 1994.

The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the season’s outstanding college football receiver regardless of position (the award defines receiver as any player who catches a pass hence, tight ends, slot receivers and backs, inside receivers, wide receivers, split ends, and running backs are eligible) (Link)

Last season, Harmon was the first Wolfpack receiver since 2003 to go over the 1,000-yard mark in a season. His 1,017 yards ranked sixth in school history – second-best ever for a Wolfpack sophomore. That was the second-best mark in the ACC for the season. He boasted six 100+yard receiving games – the fourth-highest single season tally in school history, and was a second-team All-ACC choice on the official league squad, and named to the ACSMA first team.
