Ryan Finley & Kelvin Harmon Earn 1st Team All-ACC Preseason Honors

NC State’s Ryan Finley (Graduate QB) and Kelvin Harmon (Junior WR) were named to the Preseason All-ACC 1st Team earlier today. The last quarterback from NC State to finish the season on the All-ACC 1st Team was Russell Wilson back in 2008. The last wide receiver to do so was Jerricho Cotchery in 2003.

Finley also picked up the third most votes for the Preseason ACC Player of the Year. The last player from NC State to win the ACC Player of the Year was Philip Rivers back in 2003. Only 6 Wolfpack players have ever won the award (Roman Gabriel won it twice!)).
