NC State’s TE coach, Eddie Faulkner breaks down his TEs and talks about just how good transfer Cary Angeline is going to be once he returns (after his 3 games he’s forced to sit due to transfer rules). Above is the full interview and below is the bulleted highlights.

• Damien Darden (redshirt Freshman) has made huge strides in his measurables. As he matures he’s made decision to get better every day. Very high upside. Pleased with him
• Adam Boselli (redshirt Freshman) was nicked up last fall camp and missed development time. He’s where he should have been last year but is getting better everyday. Healthy this year and has good attitude.
• Cary Angeline (transfer sophomore) is going to be good. Big long kid who can run. Sneaky strong. At 6’7 can bend as well as anyone at any position. Challenge is keeping him engaged ruing 3 games he has to miss.
• Cary’s versatility is better than expected. Can do more off the ball than coaches thought. Gets pad level down. Very talented and keeps adjusting. Once he knows what he’s doing he’ll be as good as anybody.
