4-Star SF Patrick Williams Officially Visiting NC State This Weekend

The NC State Men’s Basketball program were already slated to have a huge recruiting weekend, hosting 5-Star 2019 PG Jalen Lecque on an Official Visit, but it just got better. 4-Star Small Forward Patrick Williams (6’7”/190) will be joining him on an Official Visit of his own.

Around a month ago, Williams listed NC State in his Top-10 along with Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Maryland, Texas, Clemson, Louisville, Arizona, Florida State and Ohio State.

Williams plays for West Charlotte High School (Charlotte, NC), and is ranked by ESPN as the #46 overall player in the 2019 recruiting class, and the #2 player in the state of North Carolina. They also rank him as the #6 overall shooting guard in the 2019 class.

NC State has been on Williams for quite some time now, offering Williams on April 17th of last year.

Kevin Keatts and his staff only have two scholarships to work with in 2019, and 5-star Small Forward Wendell Moore was on an official visit this past weekend. That makes two 5-star prospects and one 4-star prospect on official visits in 2 weeks.

These are honestly NC State’s two main targets in 2019. It’s a big weekend for Wolfpack basketball recruiting.
