VIDEO: Kelvin Harmon says his start was shaky, this week will be different

Kelvin Harmon met with the media after practice to talk about his game vs. JMU and what we can expect from him this week vs. Georgia State. Above is the full video and below is the bulleted highlights.

• Long time coming fro CJ Riley to get his touchdown. Very special moment for him, coming from his injury. Great for him
• Saw CJ’s success coming this offseason. Pushing himself much harder than he has in the past. Everyone knew his time was coming to shine.
• Sky is the limit. He’s big and fast and can stretch the field.
• Left a lot of points off the board. Going to put more points on the board this week.
• At any moment, any one of us could make a big play. The fact that any guy here could start anywhere in the country. Just have a lot of depth.
• Jakobi Meyers played great. The way the defense was structured he knew he’d have a big game. Lots of 1 on 1. Made all his layups.
• Personally, the start to the season was kind of shaky, but his presence opened up the field for the other guys. Was getting keyed on and still can improve, but this week will be different.
• Chips just didn’t fall in game one for him. Want to work on technique stuff to stay in bounds (was just out of bounds on two plays that would have been big gains)
