NC State’s Kevin Keatts Watches 5-Star PG Jalen Lecque

NC State head coach Kevin Keatts was up at Brewster Academy (Wolfeboro, New Hampshire) watching 5-Star 2019 Point Guard Jalen Lecque (6’4″/190) today.

ESPN ranks Lecque as the #22 overall player in the 2019 recruiting class, and the #4 point guard.

NC State seems to have the momentum in Lecque’s recruitment at this point.

5 out of the 7 experts who have submitted their crystal ball predictions over at 247Sports think he will land in Raleigh. That includes national analyst Brian Snow.

Lecque just wrapped up his first official visit this past weekend, and it was at NC State, alongside 4-Star 2019 Small Forward Patrick Williams.

No one recruited Lecque harder this summer than Keatts. Wherever Lecque was playing, Keatts was in attendance, and sometimes with his whole entire coaching staff.

As you can see, Keatts and crew aren’t putting on the brakes.

Lecque’s Top-7 consists of NC State, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Louisville, Oregon, TCU and UCLA, and he will be taking his second official visit to Tennessee this weekend.
