According Rivals’ Corey Evans, 4-Star 2020 Small Forward Henry Coleman (6’8″/230) will be taking an unofficial visit to NC State tomorrow.

Coleman plays for Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond, Virginia, and is ranked as the #40 overall player in the 2020 class according to ESPN. They also rank him as the #9 Small Forward, and the #4 player in the state of Virginia. He also plays AAU ball with Team Loaded Virginia.

Kevin Keatts has already cashed in on his Virginia roots and coaching experience in the commonwealth three times. Both DJ Funderburk and Braxton Beverly played at Hargrave Military Academy where he used to coach, and Sacha Killeya-Jones actually played at Virginia Episcopal like Coleman, before committing to Kentucky.

He holds offers from NC State, Kansas, Florida, LSU, Ole Miss, Oklahoma State, Maryland, Penn St., Pitt, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Clemson, Georgetown, Wake Forest, VCU, TCU, and others. The Wolfpack offered Coleman on May 8th.

Coleman also took an unofficial visit to NC State back in January as well.

Here’s what he had to say to Rivals’ Corey Evans about NC State shortly after the offer.

NC State: “I talk to Coach (Kevin) Keatts. They really like me, and they see me changing the program around. In his first couple of years being there, he just says that I can be the guy that shifts their paradigm and brings the team back.” (Rivals)

Coleman’s frame is already filled out like a college basketball player. He’s an extremely athletic high-riser, but also is comfortable taking the shot behind the arch.
