LISTEN: ‘Hot Route’ Podcast thinks NC State is a darkhorse playoff contender

HeroSports.com has a pretty entertaining podcast called ‘Hot Routes’ in which they talk all-things college football.

On this weeks’ show, hosts Andrew Doughty and Chase Kiddy go in-depth on teams they believe are darkhorse playoff contenders. As you can guess (since we’re reporting on it), one of the teams they list is NC State.

They give a pretty good take on the Wolfpack and hammer home scenarios in which the Wolfpack has a resume that is playoff worthy. If you are at work and you can’t listen, the main points they make are that the Pack actually has a better defense than expected and that they have a very favorable schedule, however, they spend a good amount of time diving into these points.
