Ryan Wilson of CBSSports revealed his most recent 2019 NFL Mock Draft, and he has NC State Junior Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon going 13th overall to the Dallas Cowboys.

13. Dallas Cowboys

Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC StateBecause the Cowboys can’t draft a head coach here they’re going to get the big-play receiver they forgot all about during the 2018 season. The team was right to part ways with Dez Bryant but when Cole Beasley is your receptions leader through five weeks, something has gone horribly wrong. Harmon is a big, playmaking target, which is exactly what Dak Prescott is missing. (CBS)

Harmon just joined the 2,000 yard receiving club at NC State. He’s currently leading the ACC in receiving yards per game (106.8), and ranks 8th nationally.

Wolfpack quarterback Ryan Finley is going to be drafted next year, and has been projected to be a 1st round pick by some, but wasn’t to be found in Wilson’s most recent Mock Draft.

Harmon is a Junior, but he is NFL ready, and will have a very successful career at the next level.
