NC State Head Coach Dave Doeren spoke with the media after practice today before the Wolfpack’s homecoming matchup with Florida State this Saturday at 3:30pm. The video is ABOVE, and a bulleted breakdown is BELOW.

• FSU QB James Blackman can run…scramble to throw. Don’t think we will see as many designed runs with him. Did scramble well against us last year.
• FSU DE Brian Burns is one of the best in the country at rushing the passer. Beaten a lot of good players this year. We have given up only three sacks this year. Something we take pride in. Last week let Ryan Finley was hit more than we like. Need to know where Burns is.
• Feel better about injured players than I did last week at this time (LT Justin Witt, CB Nick McCloud & RB Ricky Person). Still 48 hours out and haven’t made decisions either way.
