3 NC State Players Suspended For Postgame Fight Against UNC

After Reggie Gallaspy ran through the end zone in overtime sealing NC State’s 34-28 victory over UNC on Saturday, a fight broke out between the two teams.

The ACC has officially issued suspensions for 4 North Carolina players and 3 NC State players.

North Carolina: #3 Dominique Ross, #5 Patrice Rene, #29 J.K. Britt, #49 Jeremiah Clarke
NC State: #7 Freddie Phillips, Jr., #53 Tyler Jones, #67 Justin Witt (ACC)

Each of these players are suspended for a half of their next game, so UNC’s players will miss the 1st half of the 2019 season opener against South Carolina, and NC State’s players will miss a half of the ECU game this Saturday.
