4-Star Defensive Tackle CJ Clark has officially signed his letter of intent to play football at NC State.

Mack Brown tried to sneak in and shake things up, but Clark wasn’t having any of that.

Clark committed to NC State back on June 18th over UNC, Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina. Ultimately the Pack beat out Georgia back in June, with many national pundits thinking he would be a Bulldog.

The Wolfpack was the first to offer Clark back in 2016.

247Sports ranks Clark as the #6 player in the state of North Carolina, and Rivals ranks him as the #184 overall player nationally, and the #9 defensive tackle.

Clark finished his Senior season at North Stanly (New London, North Carolina) with 83 tackles and 6 sacks.
