3-Star 2019 Baylor Safety Commit Cecil Powell Takes Official Visit to NC State

3-Star 2019 Baylor Safety commit Cecil Powell (6’1″/193) took an official visit to NC State this weekend.

The Wolfpack offered Powell last week, as did Louisville and Kansas.

It was up in the air whether or not Powell would visit Louisville or Raleigh this weekend, but he chose to visit NC State.

He took an official visit to Indiana on January 18th, and will take one to Oregon next weekend.

Powell had 45 tackles, 8 interceptions, 5 pass breakups and 4 forced fumbles for Piper High School (Sunrise, FL) this year.

He originally committed to Baylor on December 10th.
