NC State Makes 3-Star DB Jamel Starks Final-3

3-Star 2019 Defensive Back/Athlete Jamel Starks (5’11″/180) included NC State in his Final 3 schools yesterday.

Starks (Decatur, GA) will be signing with NC State, Nebraska or Louisville on National Signing Day on Wednesday.

He took official visits to all three of those schools, with Louisville being the most recent (NC State on December 8th). I think that the Wolfpack will either take Cecil Powell or Starks, but not both.

NC State offered Starks back on May 3rd.
