4-Star DE Myles Murphy Visiting NC State this Weekend

4-Star 2020 Defensive End Myles Murphy (6’4″/260) will be taking an unofficial visit to NC State this weekend for Junior Day.

Murphy included the Wolfpack in his Top-11 back on December 27th along with Alabama, Florida, Mississippi St, UNC, Notre Dame, Ohio State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Western Carolina.

He recently took unofficial visits to South Carolina and UNC.

247Sports ranks Murphy as the #177 overall player in the 2020 recruiting class, and the #7 player in the state of North Carolina.

Murphy had 53 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks for Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC) as a Junior last season.

NC State offered Murphy back on September 8th. They were the third Power 5 school to offer him, behind UNC and Tennessee.
