Kelvin Harmon’s 2019 NFL Combine Rundown
NC State 1st Team All-ACC Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon was on the field for testing today at the 2019 NFL Combine. Harmon’s name has floated as a possible 1st round draft pick in a couple of months, but I’m not sure he did those projections any favors today.
Harmon was hoping to run a 4.5 40-yard dash, but ended up running a 4.61, which ranked 32nd in the Wide Receivers group.

Bench press was his best event, throwing up 18 reps of 225 pounds, which ranked 8th. Other than that, he didn’t crack the Top-20 of any of the other events he participated in.
40-Yard Dash – 4.61 seconds – 32nd
Bench Press – 18 reps – 8th
Vertical Jump – 32.5 inches – 36th
Broad Jump – 116 inches – 34th
3 Cone Drill – 7.15 seconds – 21st
20-Yard Shuttle – 4.32 seconds – 24th
Kelvin Harmon tested in the 28th percentile or worse in every athletic testing drill. I’m concerned.

We all know that Harmon is a gamer, and these numbers can’t disprove what the man can do on the field. I still expect him to be taken within the first 2 rounds, but he probably lost some money today.
